South Central College is firmly committed to maintaining appropriate data privacy; our data gathering and dissemination are governed by state and federal laws, including theMinnesota Government Data Practices Act, Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 13. The following discloses our data practices for South Central College public websites (“the site”). Data regarding students is governed by the Colleges’sStudent Education Records Policyin compliance withFERPA (Family Education Rights and Privacy Act).

For security purposes and to ensure that the site remains available to all users, we use software to monitor network traffic to identify unauthorized attempts to upload or change information, or otherwise cause damage.

Aggregate Logging and Analytics Data

When accessing South Central College’s public website,www.southcentral.edu, we may store the following information about your visit to help us manage and improve site content:
